1. About investaplay

investaplay is a mobile gaming platform that provides access to multiple games and entertainment features, including:

• Ludo
• Solitaire
• Quiz
• Other games and features that may be added in the future

investaplay may also provide virtual coins, achievements, rewards, referral programs, advertisements, promotional offers, and optional premium features.

investaplay is intended for entertainment purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, investaplay does not provide real-money gambling, betting, or financial services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using investaplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

4. User Accounts

investaplay may allow users to access the Service through guest access, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or other authentication methods that may be introduced in the future.

Guest Accounts

Guest users may be able to access and play certain games without creating a registered account.

Guest progress or data may not be permanently recoverable if the application is deleted, the device is changed, or local application data is cleared.

Features such as cloud-based progress, account recovery, synchronization, rewards, or other account-related functionality may require a supported registered account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication information. You should notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Games and Gameplay

investaplay provides games for entertainment purposes. Game rules, scoring systems, entry requirements, rewards, levels, gameplay mechanics, and other features may vary between games.

investaplay may modify, balance, update, remove, or introduce game features from time to time.

Any displayed game entry fee, virtual coin requirement, reward, score, or gameplay condition applies according to the rules and configuration shown in the application at the relevant time.

6. Virtual Coins

investaplay may provide virtual coins or other virtual items ("Virtual Currency") for use within the application.

Virtual Currency:

• Has no cash value.
• Is not a cryptocurrency.
• Is not a bank balance or financial asset.
• Cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted by investaplay under a specific legally compliant program.
• Cannot be sold or transferred outside officially supported investaplay features.
• Cannot be exchanged between users outside officially supported investaplay features.

Virtual Currency may be earned through gameplay, daily bonuses, promotions, referrals, achievements, or other features.

investaplay may adjust Virtual Currency balances where reasonably necessary to correct technical errors, fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, duplicate credits, or other account issues.

7. Purchases and Payments

If investaplay offers purchases for digital content, premium features, Virtual Currency, or an ad-free experience, such purchases are subject to the applicable app store's payment terms and policies.

Prices, available products, and purchase options will be displayed before purchase where applicable.

You are responsible for reviewing the purchase details before completing a transaction.

8. Premium Features and Ad-Free Access

investaplay may offer optional premium features, including an ad-free experience or other digital features.

Premium features may be offered as a one-time purchase or through another purchase model displayed in the application.

Purchasing a premium feature does not provide ownership of the investaplay application, games, source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

9. Advertisements

investaplay may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers.

Advertisements may appear in different formats, including banners, interstitial advertisements, rewarded advertisements, or other supported formats.

Third-party advertisements may direct you to external websites, applications, products, or services.

investaplay does not necessarily endorse third-party products or services displayed through advertisements.

10. Referral Program

investaplay may offer a referral program that allows eligible users to invite new users and potentially receive rewards.

Participation in the referral program is subject to our Referral Rules.

A referral may remain pending until the referred user completes the required registration, onboarding, verification, or other qualifying activity.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent registrations, automated activity, fake installations, and attempts to manipulate referral tracking are prohibited.

11. Rewards and Promotional Offers

investaplay may provide promotional rewards, bonuses, gifts, achievements, or other incentives.

Rewards may have specific eligibility requirements, expiration periods, qualification conditions, or limitations.

• Rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Rewards cannot be sold or transferred.
• Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Rewards may be subject to verification before being credited.

investaplay may modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional programs where reasonably necessary.

12. Fair Play

Users must play investaplay fairly and honestly.

You must not:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, or unauthorized software.
• Modify game files or application data.
• Reverse engineer or manipulate game communication.
• Exploit bugs or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Use multiple accounts to manipulate rewards or rankings.
• Manipulate referral systems.
• Attempt to alter Virtual Currency balances.
• Interfere with multiplayer gameplay or other users.
• Use automated systems to perform gameplay or other actions.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Circumvent security or anti-fraud systems.

13. Multiplayer Games

Certain investaplay games may provide multiplayer functionality. Multiplayer gameplay depends on internet connectivity, servers, third-party infrastructure, and other technical systems.

investaplay does not guarantee that multiplayer services will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from latency, delays, disconnections, or technical issues.

Matchmaking, player availability, game rooms, rankings, and multiplayer features may be changed or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or other reasons.

14. User Conduct

You agree not to use investaplay to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.
• Distribute illegal or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Attempt to obtain another user's personal information.
• Send spam or malicious content.
• Circumvent platform or account restrictions.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with the normal operation of investaplay.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

investaplay may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, manipulated the referral or reward system, used cheats or exploits, attempted unauthorized access, or otherwise misused the Service.

Where appropriate, we may remove associated Virtual Currency, rewards, referral progress, or other benefits obtained through prohibited activity.

You may stop using investaplay at any time.

16. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in investaplay and its content belong to investaplay or its applicable licensors.

This may include:

• investaplay name and branding
• Logos and icons
• Game designs
• Graphics and artwork
• Animations
• Sounds and music
• Software and source code
• User interface designs
• Text and written content
• Trademarks and other intellectual property

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit investaplay content without prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

17. Third-Party Services

investaplay may integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, analytics services, advertising providers, payment platforms, app stores, cloud services, and other technology providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the applicable third party's own terms and privacy policies.

investaplay is not responsible for the independent policies, availability, or operation of third-party services.
